We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nebroo Hearing Aids purchase; if your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
